  • Nicole Winter (she/they)

    CEO/FOUNDER

    Nicole is the founder and CEO of Burnout-ology, a corporate coaching business dedicated to helping employers combat employee burnout. She is a certified Intuitive Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Level 1 Energy Healer. She graduated with honors from Lake Erie College with B.S. in Biology and Equestrian Science.

    Nicole’s approach to burnout management stems from her personal experience battling constant burnout in the corporate world, complemented by her educational background in biology.

    Nicole’s expertise is deeply rooted in her over decade-long struggle with corporate burnout in various “dream jobs” from the veterinary industry to corporate technical recruiting for a FAANG company.

    During her struggle, she explored various cognitive approaches, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, frequent yoga, energy work, and executive coaching. However, she found her breakthrough in body-based approaches that leverage the body to calm the mind.

    With her skills as a former corporate recruiter, Nicole assembles a top-notch talented team to provide virtual body-based solutions while using her intuitive coaching abilities to craft customized plans for corporations and their employees.

  • Joseph Bocchicchio (he/him)

    CONSULTANT/EDUCATOR

    Joseph Bocchicchio is a published author, consultant, and educator. He has a BA in History from Kent State University with Graduate work in Psychology, Health Education, and Philosophy.

    Joe has over twenty years’ experience in crisis intervention and public health education. Much of his professional life has been in suicide prevention, crisis management and care coordination. He has facilitated countless trainings and seminars that have changed the lives of every participant and student, and undoubtely saved many more lives as his students went on to integrate his work.

    Joe is a lifelong volunteer. He has been active in promoting single payor health access, addiction recovery advocacy, prisoner reintegration, support for the homeless, poverty recovery, and immigration education for citizenship.

    In addition to his writing, teaching, and consulting at Burnout-ology, Joe is as a part time museum educator, serves on the Italian American Writer’s Association Board, continues to devote time to his martial arts practice.

  • TRE

    Jenna Anderson (she/her), LMT, TRE and SSP Provider

    ASSOCIATE COACH

    Jenna is a certified Trauma Informed bodyworker, having completed training as a Certified Provider for Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) by Dr. David Berceli and The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) by Dr. Stephen Porges, the founder of the Polyvagal Theory.

    Jenna’s journey in holistic medicine began with early training as an Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic in the early 90s, where she developed an interest in complementary medicine. Jenna’s educational path continued with massage training in California in 1996, earning a degree as a Massage Practitioner; with honors. She discovered CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in the early 2000s and incorporated it into her treatments while working as a massage therapist.

    Over the years, Jenna has completed extensive training, including five levels through Advanced 1 of CST from the Upledger Institute, as well as specialized programs in support for Chronic Depletion/Complex Cases, SomatoEmotional Release, and all levels of CST for Pediatrics.

    She has also delved into in-depth studies of CranioSacral Therapy and the Immune System, with a focus on the Pelvis, Abdomen, Thorax, and Extremities. Her knowledge extends to brain support with four levels of training from the “Brain Speaks” series, focusing on neurological conditions, brain detoxification, glymphatic system circulation, cranial nerve support, and inflammation reduction. Jenna’s expertise in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy primarily comes from the Chikly Health Institute. In addition, Jenna is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals) and holds a Medallion membership with IAHP (International Association of Healthcare Practitioners). Her Washington state license, includes a specialized endorsement for Intraoral Massage.

  • Ashley Hartman (they/she), TRE provider, SEP in training

    ASSOCIATE COACH

    Ashley Hartman Anis is an educator and a certified TRE® provider, and SEP in training. She is passionate about recognizing the impact of societal influences on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

    As an educator and TRE® provider, Ashley empowers individuals to trust their unique journey, providing information and resources while helping them navigate and overcome societal pressures that hinder their pursuit of balance.

    Ashley’s core belief is in the wisdom of the body, the creativity of the core self, and the importance of individualized paths through life experiences.

    She holds a BA in Gender Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has completed Crisis Counselor Training and Peer Counselor Training. Her philosophy is influenced by the works of Peter Levine (Waking the Tiger); and Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems). Ashley is adept at recognizing and releasing trauma and tension, as well as teaching about consent and setting boundaries.

  • Aaron Kapin (he/him), LMT, SEP

    ASSOCIATE COACH

    Aaron Kapin is a life-long communication geek. He began his study in Nonviolent Communication and Neurolinguistic Programming in 2008, and has never stopped in his pursuit of better understanding what allows people to connect with each other and themselves.

    Aaron has been helping people hone their communication skills and set better boundaries for nearly 20 years. He has studied many forms of communication techniques, dance, bodywork, somatic therapies-- anything he can get his hands on that can help you understand yourself better, communicate your needs to others, and better connect with the people around you.

    Aaron is passionate about clear, compassionate communication and personal growth, and has seen how powerful they can be at helping you navigate seemingly unconquerable obstacles to find greater satisfaction and contentment in life.
